At Furbella, we want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we make returns simple.
Returns & Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet wipes or used items cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, Furbella will cover the return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost.
- Exchanges are only processed for the same item unless approved otherwise.
